📋 Description

• Analyze supplier revenue, commission, incentive, and performance data • Identify trends, validate results, and generate insights supporting forecasting, budgeting, business reviews, and strategic decisions • Develop and maintain financial models for supplier negotiations, business cases, forecasting, and strategic planning • Partner with supplier managers and leadership to evaluate agreements and quantify contractual changes’ financial and operational impact • Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven analysis • Use reporting tools and Microsoft Office to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options • Conduct ad hoc supplier analysis • Develop interactive reporting tracking contractual and financial performance • Communicate analyses and recommended actions to internal teams • Improve reporting capabilities and help develop analytical tools and solutions • Develop expert understanding of supplier data to ensure reported-result accuracy and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Prior analytical and financial experience, especially in the travel industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
