📋 Description

• Manage operational projects, program optimization projects, special projects, technology product implementations, new implementations, medium to high complexity local country implementations, and account de-implementations for global accounts • Coordinate multiple countries simultaneously when required • Scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects using project management methodologies, tools, and processes • Deliver projects within budget and actively manage project costs • Work closely with Finance to track project budgets throughout the project lifecycle • Deliver projects within allocated time and resource targets while satisfying defined scope and quality • Ensure performance measurements comply with departmental/project Service Level Agreements • Leverage global, regional, and local resources across departments and functions • Facilitate effective, ongoing communication with project participants and key client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a qualified project management role in the travel industry • Personnel management experience • General knowledge of GDS systems and front/mid/back office agency operations • Advanced knowledge of project management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Smartsheet preferred • Ability to manage 25–50% or higher ratio of complex projects • Professional, concise, and mature written and verbal communication skills • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, PMP, or other project management certification preferred but not required
