📋 Description

• Deliver high-complexity projects or programs, including customer implementations and changes, agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes • Use established project management tools and processes • Plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects • Manage risks and provide visibility to stakeholders and requesters throughout the project lifecycle • Consider long-term trends and broad business implications of alternatives • Monitor industry best practices and problem-solving techniques • Bring resolutions to high-impact or cross-functional problems • Document administrative process flows associated with running programs • Analyze program outcomes and recommend improvements • Maintain mastery of technology/software related to program operations and contribute to enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in leading medium complexity projects in travel management operations • Prior experience in a qualified project management role • Good technical skills in GDS • Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues and showstoppers • Ability to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP etc. or equivalent) • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
