📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers and provide active travel consultation • Provide travel details and up-sell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Anticipate and assist with potential customer challenges • Respond promptly and provide undivided attention to customer requests • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Perform quality management, including error management • Assist in assigned projects related to operations • Meet individual and team goals • Provide day-to-day assistance to team members and direction on policies and procedures • Coach travel consultants when the team lead is absent

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments • Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under pressure • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes • Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Full-time availability • Role is listed for the United States and Canada
