📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide information about low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Ability to fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations
