📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Provide consultation based on client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Respond to requests from current and new clients • Communicate with clients as the face of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related travel is strongly preferred • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement of the role • Ability to work schedules changed to accommodate operational needs
