📋 Description

• Supervise direct reports, ensuring quality, productivity, and meeting or exceeding standard deadlines • Support daily activities of the divisional finance department • Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures • Work with Account Management on special financial requirements • Complete client reconciliations for new or existing clients • Manage monthly and ongoing billing and reporting to external clients • Support finance management in maximizing billing efficiency and accuracy to increase EBITDA and cash flow • Run reporting enhancements in client billing and reporting processes • Support annual team goals and monitor quarterly achievement • Coach and mentor staff • Conduct annual performance evaluations and review progress quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience • Prior experience in accounting / finance • Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets • Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, Microsoft Word, and Excel
