📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements • Maintain and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients • Provide travel consultation to help clients travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Knowledge of DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational needs
