📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers • Provide active travel consultation and travel details • Upsell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Interpret client travel policies and guide customers accordingly • Provide travel offers and general travel advice • Respond to requests accurately and completely • Maintain and communicate current knowledge of supported travel industries • Provide information on low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa requirements • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and other travel regulations • Support BCD Travel and client-driven initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in corporate travel, business travel, or a related customer-focused travel environment • Strong understanding of travel industry practices, policies, and booking processes • Experience working with GDS Sabre • Flexibility to work schedules that support business and customer needs • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8pm ET • Knowledge of travel supplier rules and regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
