📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation and upsell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Guide customers according to client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Flex scheduling to accommodate operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to accurately and efficiently handle requests through multiple channels • Strong understanding of client travel policies • Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules • Knowledge of DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement
