📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation and up-sell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Interpret client travel policies and provide consistent customer consultation • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and other travel regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement • Ability to use BCD Travel tools and systems • Knowledge of travel supplier rules and regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
