• Prepare gaming equipment for deployment throughout gaming facilities • Provide onsite implementation support • Support department business plans and strategies for gaming equipment staging and implementation • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and service providers • Resolve matters related to gaming equipment staging and onsite implementation • Evaluate, adapt, and develop department timelines • Establish processes to prioritize gaming equipment staging and support • Support the development and advise on policies, practices, and procedures • Provide technical training and knowledge transfer • Install, maintain, and repair technology and gaming equipment • Conduct staging testing and technical integrity checks • Communicate product deficiencies to vendors and stakeholders • Work as an operational project team member with Casino & Community Gaming Operations staff
• Recognized technical degree or diploma in electronics or relevant technical discipline • 2-3 years previous technical staging experience or related background • Experience in the gaming industry is an asset • Proven knowledge of specialized electronic gaming device programs, software, and troubleshooting • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors and contractors • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation • Solid comprehension of Gaming criteria under the Criminal Code of Canada would be an asset • Solid comprehension of Gaming policies defined by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch would be an asset • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required • Ability to safely use materials handling equipment, including forklift, electric pallet jacks, and hand/furniture trucks • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs required • Must be at least 19 years of age • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
