📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets • Support Senior Sales Representatives and Territory Managers in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing BD product features and benefits • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and administrative staff within assigned accounts • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings as required • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines • Support revenue growth and market share for BD medical technology products within a defined territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related scientific field • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software • Ability to travel frequently within the Chicagoland region, including overnight stays as needed • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
