• Manage and develop a team of engineers and a product manager • Own the team's technical direction across mobile apps and SDKs • Drive a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap • Own project management end-to-end • Cultivate a high-functioning team culture • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health • Establish and refine team processes for efficient execution
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record managing mid-sized mobile or consumer-facing engineering teams • Strong mobile engineering depth in React Native, Swift, and Kotlin • Experience leading teams through ambiguity and cross-functional complexity • Clear, decisive communication skills • Experience operating in a regulated industry is a strong plus
