📋 Description

• Build a global events programme from scratch, covering strategy and execution • Plan and execute trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events and webinars • Manage events end-to-end, including pre-event outreach, event-day execution and post-event follow-up • Track and report on pipeline, ROI and lead conversion metrics • Use event performance data to inform investment decisions and improve the programme • Build engaging experiences that position Beam as a leader in target verticals • Own swag and merchandise, coordinating with designers and couriers • Support copy, social media, email campaigns and other creative content for the events programme

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B tech company • Highly organised and able to run multiple programmes simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where things are not always figured out yet • Enjoys travelling to and hosting events
