📋 Description

• Join a distributed team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency • Maintain and improve software supporting the Hospital Quality Reporting program • Modernize systems while reducing provider burden and minimizing costs to CMS • Apply human-centered design, service design, product thinking, and skilled engineering practices • Translate user and business needs into digital product features • Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done • Prioritize work in a user-centered manner • Build trust and drive progress among diverse stakeholders in complex organizations • Collaborate across business, technical, and creative stakeholders • Coach and mentor peers on agile frameworks and principles • Lead agile teams through influence and trust rather than authority • Advocate for users from ideation through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment • Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles; ability to coach and mentor peers • In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle • Excellence in defining, writing, and testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done • Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments • Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders • Proven ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments • Experience operating in a client-facing consulting or contracting role • Experience releasing products in a SaaS environment • Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience • US Citizenship or Green Card only; Bellese does not offer sponsorship • US residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Formal training in agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe (preferred) • 2+ years working on a remote team (preferred) • Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment (preferred) • Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services (preferred) • Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry (preferred) • Familiarity with accessibility requirements (preferred) • Background in claims processing (preferred) • Healthcare experience in population health or payor experience (preferred)
