📋 Description

• Lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of the program • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary decision maker for the program • Manage and mentor team members and lead through direct reports • Employ structured project management/process methodologies to meet contract, scope, schedule, and budget requirements • Communicate and execute against program and company objectives • Lead and resolve conflicts while meeting revenue goals and ensuring contractual compliance • Manage program performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial areas • Coordinate program activities across multiple efforts • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit achievement • Translate client vision into successful project activities, outcomes, and metrics • Advise clients on strategic vision and direction • Manage contractual obligations and subcontracting partner outputs • Identify issues and conflicts and negotiate beneficial outcomes • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive growth opportunities • Develop strategic program plans and implement risk mitigation techniques • Handle hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management, and team development

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer Sponsorship • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Medical or recreational marijuana use may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience • 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects • Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution • 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization • Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment
