📋 Description

• Develop and execute paid media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pay Per Lead Channels to achieve business goals. • Ongoing growth oriented account management is key to this role. • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that ads are aligned with brand messaging and optimized for engagement and conversions. • Research and define target audiences to maximize ad performance through demographic, behavioral, and interest-based segmentation. • Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple platforms to optimize ROI, adjusting spend as necessary to meet campaign objectives. • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Conversion Pixel, and other platform-specific tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports. • Perform A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. • Build not only a launch strategy for our clients, but execute full life cycle roadmap plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 3-5 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with the entire Google Ads suite ranging from Paid Search, Local service ads, Performance Max and all other campaign types in the platform • Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and others. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Event Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag, and other analytics and conversion tracking methods. • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budgeting. • Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot (or similar tools). • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and multichannel campaign management. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
