📋 Description

• Process orders and reorders • Reserve inventory with the planning team • Respond to retailer questions about orders, invoices, SKU codes and product availability • Provide data updates to key retailers and the wholesale team • Guide new retailers through onboarding paperwork and follow up on missing forms • Identify and correct pricing inconsistencies • Share order-processing progress at weekly wholesale meetings • Flag inventory availability issues • Report to a US-based manager and communicate with the Melbourne office

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, order management or a similar operations role, ideally in consumer goods, fashion or retail • Experience with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Clear, friendly written and verbal communication • Organisation and prioritisation skills • Comfort working across time zones with a globally distributed team • Solutions-focused attitude • Based remotely in the U.S. • Sufficient crossover with Melbourne business hours is preferred
