📋 Description

• Educate prospective students about products and services via email, phone, and live chat, and convert them into paying students • Provide customer support to current students via email, phone, and live chat • Create and maintain detailed student records and student acquisition records • Create and implement strategies to improve customer support and student acquisition • Provide administrative support to consultants, including troubleshooting online systems and platforms • Store and analyze simple data using Excel/spreadsheets for the Student Support team • Handle highly confidential documents with extreme care • Speak with warm prospective-student leads; the role includes zero cold calls

🎯 Requirements

• Zero experience required; 3–5 years of sales experience preferred • Proficient with technology and passionate about learning new tools • Well-versed in online research • Self-directed learner able to systematically experiment to improve customer service and sales procedures • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to learn new software to improve efficiency and record keeping • Availability to work evening and weekend schedules • Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset • Ability to handle highly confidential documents with extreme care
