• Act as the primary relationship manager for Benefithub’s strategic broker and consultant partners (national, regional, and boutique firms). • Develop strong, consultative relationships with brokers to ensure BenefitHub is top-of-mind during RFPs, renewals, and new employer introductions. • Conduct quarterly broker business reviews and strategic planning session • Operate as the primary owner of the Preferred Partner Programs (PPP) to ensure maximum attainment levels by Brokers. • Drive broker-sourced and broker-influenced pipeline by promoting Benefithub’s value proposition and identifying new partnership opportunities. • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for brokers on Benefithub’s platform, product updates, client success stories, and competitive differentiators. • Develop and refine broker-facing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, benefit summaries, and renewal assets. • Partner with Marketing to build broker-specific campaigns, co-branded content, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces. • Maintain accurate broker records, activity tracking, and revenue attribution within Salesforce.
• 4–7+ years of experience in broker management, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or benefits consulting. • Strong understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem—brokers, consultants, carriers, HR tech, and employer buying cycles. • Proven success driving revenue through channel or broker partnerships. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
