• You will be out in retail, building customer relationships and independently ensuring that our brands Mio Mio, Berentzen and Puschkin are visible in your territory and that their market potential is fully exploited. • Independently develop and grow the sales territory based on agreed KPIs • Secure and implement listings and secondary placements at the point of sale (POS) • Actively manage order quantities at the POS and prevent out-of-stock situations • Independently manage your sales area through self-planned routes and market and competitor analysis • In short: you are a brand ambassador in field sales and make a difference at the point of sale.
• Completed commercial/vocational training and/or experience in field sales • Knowledge of the structure of grocery/food retail (LEH) • Residence within the sales territory • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems • Independent work style and an entrepreneurial mindset • Experience and skill in sales negotiations
