📋 Description

• Contact and follow up with leads via phone • Conduct client intake calls and accurately complete intake forms • Prepare and complete legal documents using firm-approved templates • Communicate professionally with clients in both languages • Assist attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks as needed • Support the legal team during a part-time trial period • Transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the trial period

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual, with written and verbal proficiency required • Prior legal assistant or law office experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information • Preferred: Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or criminal defense • Preferred: Familiarity with legal intake procedures and document preparation • Intel Core i5, Ryzen 5, or higher processor • 16GB RAM or more • Dual-monitor setup • Windows 11 Pro • Noise-canceling headset and camera
