📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable self-service capabilities across our engineering platforms. • Improve developer experience by simplifying onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows. • Translate architectural designs into production-grade implementations. • Drive platform reliability, security, and performance improvements aligned with industry best practices. • Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and operations teams to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving business needs. • Participate in support rotation, including occasional after-hours response, to maintain platform stability. • Maintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), engineering automation, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, containers, GitOps, and cloud-native applications. • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, HCL, or similar tools. • Knowledge of Terraform, cloud identity (Entra ID), networking, and security. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and platform reliability/observability skills. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
