📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable self-service capabilities across engineering platforms • Improve developer experience by simplifying onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows • Translate architectural designs into production-grade implementations • Drive platform reliability, security, and performance improvements aligned with industry best practices • Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and operations teams to meet evolving business needs • Participate in support rotation, including occasional after-hours response, to maintain platform stability • Maintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and platform adoption • Codify infrastructure, expand self-service capabilities, and drive operational excellence across the platform ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), engineering automation, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, containers, GitOps, and cloud-native applications • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, HCL, or similar tools • Knowledge of Terraform, cloud identity (Entra ID), networking, and security • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and platform reliability/observability skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts clearly • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Participation in support rotation, including occasional after-hours response
