📋 Description
• Planning and producing full-cycle content/courses • Creating structures, technical specifications, and briefs; content decomposition • Coordinating the work of writers, methodologists, designers, editors, and other specialists • Quality control: logic, structure, depth, clarity, TOV • Providing content, stylistic, and methodological corrections • Researching topics, analyzing competitors, and market formats; proposing ideas and improvements • Sourcing, selecting, onboarding, and developing a freelance base for various content formats • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and working wisely with priorities • Building processes, checklists, and templates in Notion/Jira • Integrating AI solutions for optimizing workflows • Ensuring transparent communication and timely updates to the team
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in roles like Content Producer / Content Lead / Course Producer / Content PM • Experience in creating courses and large content products end-to-end • Experience with digital products (apps, EdTech, creative agencies) • Ability to work with business goals and form relevant content solutions • Strong skills in structuring content architecture, analytics, and content taste • High level of English (working with English content)
