• Perform high-volume outbound calls daily to engage and convert potential clients. • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. • Follow a structured sales script while confidently handling phone conversations and managing objections. • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas, unlocking uncapped performance-based commissions. • Identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and build strong relationships to close deals. • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects using tools like Salesforce, CRM, and Google Sheets. • Track and report performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure consistent growth.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience in SaaS or a similar industry. • Fluent English communication skills (business-level proficiency). • Experience in a quota-based sales environment with a track record of success. • Familiarity with the sales process, sales cycle, and methodologies. • Strong organizational, decision-making, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable handling rejection, managing objections, and closing deals confidently. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively. • Must be available to work swing shift from (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
