📋 Description
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers on a cross-functional, outcome-focused team to define and deliver OKRs • Drive large projects autonomously, continuously assessing and communicating progress and iterating on solutions • Recommend and collaborate on architectural solutions, explaining trade-offs related to time-to-market, structural and functional quality, security, maintainability, resources, and scope • Support and maintain the existing codebase and products • Practice and improve Beyond’s engineering processes, including refactoring, pairing, code reviews, collective code ownership, containers, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and observability.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment • Expertise in Python, Django, SQL, and Postgres • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on delivering customer value while learning, growing, and experimenting
