• Drive end-to-end adoption of BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights across an assigned portfolio of licensed customers • Serve as the Adoption teams, technical leads for • Build and execute per-customer Success Plans with explicit milestones • Establish a recurring engagement cadence • Apply the adoption playbook in Pathfinder • Improve adoption across the full Insights connector catalog • Translate Insights findings into customer-language risk narratives • Partner with Sales, Customer Success Management, and others • Contribute to enablement assets that scale impact • Contribute to baseline and ongoing reporting on program KPIs
• 3+ years’ experience in technical presales, technical account management, professional services, customer success engineering, or identity/IAM consulting • Working familiarity with identity security concepts spanning human, nonhuman, and AI identities • Experience deploying and operating connectors or integrations between a security/identity platform and enterprise sources of identity and entitlement data • Strong organizational skills • Experience in Success Plans, customer health scoring, action tracking, issue resolution, and de-escalation of customer concerns • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Proactivity is a must • Familiarity with identity providers and directories (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, Ping) and federation/SSO (SAML, OIDC) • Familiarity with several identity security domains • Familiarity with agentic-AI platforms and frameworks • Experience with adjacent identity security categories such as CIEM, ITDR, ISPM, PAM, IGA, and NHI management tooling • SQL or scripting (PowerShell, Python) for analyzing large datasets • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and developer platforms • Secrets and credential management concepts • Cloud IAM in one or more major clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
