📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support teams. • Work with engineering, quality assurance, and operations professionals to determine requirements and implement solutions for cloud-product operations. • Maintain detailed tracking of work activities, risks, and future work for planning. • Proactively anticipate reliability and uptime issues, create solutions, and resolve problems before customers report them. • Find and fix problems in existing code and work. • Take ownership of tasks and drive them through completion.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience designing and maintaining CI/CD systems for critical cloud services in Microsoft Azure or another cloud service provider • Demonstrated experience maintaining cloud services and deployments • Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure AZDO build pipelines • Experience using Terraform to deploy solutions in Microsoft Azure • PowerShell and other scripting languages • Understanding of Git, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer • Outstanding critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Passion for product reliability, uptime, proactive issue prevention, and continuous improvement
