📋 Description

• Build the NHI Governance domain within BeyondTrust’s Pathfinder products • Design, build, test, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines • Own features end to end from design and implementation through production rollout, observability, and operational health • Contribute across the stack by integrating services with front-end workflows and platform teams • Participate in and help lead design discussions and make technical trade-offs • Review requirements, identify gaps, propose simplifications, and help scope and sequence work • Maintain quality through code review, testing, and secure development practices • Investigate and resolve complex bugs and reliability issues • Mentor less-experienced engineers and share cloud-native development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar) • Solid experience designing and building APIs and microservices • Full-stack capability, including backend services and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks • Hands-on, day-to-day experience using Claude Code or comparable agentic AI coding tools • Hands-on AWS experience building and operating production services, including compute, IAM, and managed data stores • Understanding of CI/CD • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Familiarity with data modeling and working with data at scale • Solid grasp of modern testing and observability practices in cloud environments • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make progress amid ambiguity • Good communication and collaboration skills • Nice-to-have domain experience in identity security, including IAM, NHI/Secrets, AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and OAuth/OIDC • Nice-to-have experience with event-driven architecture, graph data modeling, analytics at scale, and multi-tenant services • Nice-to-have familiarity with Angular, React, or Vue with TypeScript
