📋 Description

• Design and develop EPM product components — backend services, APIs, and platform-layer integrations • Architect and own the CI/CD delivery platform • Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code • Build and evolve internal developer tooling and platform capabilities • Define and drive the observability strategy • Lead incident response for complex or high-severity events • Apply AI tooling to accelerate work across the full engineering surface • Define platform and development standards • Mentor Associate and mid-level engineers • Partner with Security and Architecture to ensure compliance requirements are met

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years of professional engineering experience • Strong backend development skills in at least one language (Python, Java, Go, C#, or similar) • Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure on at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD platforms at scale • Strong infrastructure-as-code practice using Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent • Advanced Kubernetes experience • Experience building internal developer tooling or platform capabilities • Demonstrated ability to design and implement observability strategies • Deep, hands-on experience with AI tools
