📋 Description

• Develop and Maintain Core Services – Implement and enhance high-quality, scalable microservices that support platform-wide capabilities, ensuring modularity and extensibility. • Collaborate on System Design & Implementation – Work with senior engineers and product managers to translate requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and testable software solutions. • Enhance System Reliability & Observability – Contribute to logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using Datadog to ensure visibility and proactive issue resolution. • Infrastructure as Code & Cloud Automation – Assist in automating cloud infrastructure management using Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD pipelines. • Improve Engineering Efficiency – Participate in code reviews, advocate for engineering best practices, and contribute to documentation to ensure team-wide knowledge sharing. • Support Operational Excellence – Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participate in incident response, and propose solutions for long-term stability and scalability. • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with product managers, designers, and engineers from other teams to deliver features and platform enhancements that meet business and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Software Development Experience – experience in software development and delivering cloud-based or distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability and security. • Proficiency in Modern Programming Languages – Experience with one or more of C#, Go, Java, Python, or similar languages. • Understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure – Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including cloud-native development principles. • Infrastructure as Code & DevOps Practices – Basic knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Operational Awareness – Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus) and how they support system health. • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to debug, analyze issues, and propose well-structured solutions. • Collaboration & Communication – Comfortable working with other engineers, product teams, and stakeholders in a cross-functional, agile environment.
