📋 Description

• You are responsible for independently planning, executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (focus: Google) for lead generation • Expanding to additional platforms beyond Google • Budget planning and management to maximize ROI • A/B testing of ads, landing pages and audience targeting • Regular evaluation of KPIs across all marketing channels and implementing adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness • Close collaboration with marketing and content team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in performance marketing – ideally in a startup environment • At least 2 years of experience with outbound marketing and lead generation • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources • Strategic mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals for yourself • Fluent German and English at C1 level are required • Nice to have: experience in the cashless payments industry • Good knowledge of WordPress (Elementor)
