📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards • Ensure CRM data is current and accurate • Analyze spending against budget • Help drive the annual budget and forecast • Own the monthly billing cycle for AWS, GCP, and Azure business • Reconcile cloud vendor charges against customer billing • Resolve discrepancies, credits, and customer or vendor inquiries • Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Manage vendor invoices, payment requests and remittances, customer invoicing, collections, and payment application issues • Support month-end and year-end closing of the books • Prepare journal entries • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts • Assist in preparing financial statements • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Track and analyze departmental spending against budget • Report budget variances to the leadership team • Provide analysis to support data-backed decisions • Support employee expenses, vendor onboarding, contract and subscription records, and evolving operational needs • Identify process improvements and help implement scalable systems and controls • Report to the Senior Finance Manager • Work directly with leadership and the Korea office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role • Ability to write and speak fluently in Korean • Proactive, flexible, “get-things-done” mindset • Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a defined job scope and support evolving business needs • Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to analyze data, automate routine tasks, and improve workflows • Sound judgment in validating AI outputs and handling sensitive information • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and cultures • Authorized to work in the United States • Unable to sponsor visas for this role • Experience with QuickBooks is nice-to-have • Experience in the technology sector is nice-to-have • Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP is nice-to-have • Exposure to corporate income tax, sales and use tax, and other state and local tax matters is nice-to-have
