📋 Description

• Maintaining industry leading service standards. • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability. • Timely entry of all inbound leads. • Availability and dependability to multitask. • Highly focused on a total team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Current P&C License required. • Customer service experience. • Auto Insurance experience preferred. • Experience in the insurance industry. • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
