📋 Description

• Deliver product demonstrations for assigned BigHand products • Guide customers through the buying process, defining ROI, business benefits, and solution impact • Empower sales and marketing with information to nurture new and existing customers • Launch new products to the sales team and position them effectively • Assist with content updates across various channels • Monitor Salesforce attribution and log meeting/demo information • Support RFI and RFP responses and oversee clarification questions • Analyze product knowledge and identify skill development needs • Compile and deliver education and training programs • Ensure sales teams leverage case studies, white papers, and product content • Act as liaison between technical and sales teams and translate technical details into actionable insights • Analyze customer behavior, personas, and ideal customer profiles • Develop product-specific opportunity plans • Collaborate with marketing on sales toolkits, playbooks, and collateral • Utilize social selling techniques to engage clients and prospects • Facilitate handover of project requirements and customer expectations to delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in delivering customized software demonstrations that meet customer requirements • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional image and strong customer service focus • Ability to communicate product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong presentation skills for engaging small groups in-person or via web meetings • Ability to articulate ideas and adapt communication styles for different audiences • Proven track record in understanding and addressing client needs • Ability to work effectively across teams • Strong analytical abilities to assess customer requirements and deliver effective solutions • Willingness to seek guidance on complex issues while developing independent problem-solving skills • Excellent collaboration skills • Experience working in a global organization and contributing to cross-functional team efforts
