📋 Description

• Research and analyze risk patterns on Binance platforms using data-driven thinking and quantitative analysis to identify, measure, contain, and mitigate risks, including fraud trading, spam registration, account takeover, card acquiring risk, and payment fraud • Deploy, monitor, and assess the effectiveness and stability of variables, rules, and models • Maintain and iterate rules and strategies regularly to improve key risk metrics • Liaise with stakeholders to develop new rules and strategies balancing user experience and risk mitigation • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities that streamline compliance operations, reduce friction, and drive measurable efficiency gains • Translate complex regulatory and operational data into actionable insights supporting the company's growth strategy • Partner with Compliance business leaders and senior management to define success for the function • Co-develop north-star metrics, performance frameworks, and decision-making criteria linking compliance objectives with company-wide priorities • Lead and develop the Compliance Data Analytics team with a clear vision and high standards • Build a collaborative, high-performance culture and maximize team impact for the Compliance organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field • At least five years of data analysis or data mining-related work experience • Background in risk analysis of financial derivatives or e-commerce platforms preferred • Knowledge of blockchain, payments, and risk domains is a plus • Proficiency in SQL • Proficiency in at least one professional analysis tool, such as Python or R • Willingness and ability to learn • Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems • Good coordination and communication skills
