📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for technology solutions supporting cardiac clinical research • Lead product discovery by engaging customers and stakeholders to understand cardiac clinical-trial workflows, data requirements, user needs, and opportunities for product improvement • Translate complex cardiac, clinical, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product requirements and intuitive software experiences • Partner with engineering, UX, clinical, operations, data, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle • Balance customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business priorities • Use customer feedback, product data, market insights, and defined success metrics to prioritize opportunities and guide product decisions • Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes across technical, clinical, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of proven Product Management experience leading software or technology products through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement • Proven experience in cardiac or cardiology technology, cardiac clinical trials, or closely related clinical-trial solutions involving cardiac data, workflows, or endpoints • Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with engineering, data, and other technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions • Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional decision-making • Strong customer focus, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to make informed decisions in complex or ambiguous environments • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies and in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, medical technology, or similarly regulated environments • Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams • Eligibility to work remotely in Canada, with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment
