• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for specialty pharmacy operations aligned with organizational goals and industry trends • Drive operational efficiencies through process standardization, automation, and technology integration • Lead continuous improvement initiatives enhancing quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs measuring operational success and service excellence • Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and competitive differentiation • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and industry regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and accreditation standards • Maintain proper licensure and adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations • Partner with compliance teams on risk mitigation strategies • Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis • Identify cost-saving opportunities and initiatives to enhance revenue streams • Collaborate with leadership on business growth, market expansion, and payer contract negotiations • Champion patient-centric care models improving medication adherence, clinical outcomes, and patient experience • Build partnerships with providers, manufacturers, and payers • Develop and implement innovative patient support programs • Provide direction, set measurable goals, and hold team members accountable • Coach, develop, and support team members through feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture aligned with company values and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required • Active pharmacist license in good standing • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare operations • Strong understanding of specialty medications, reimbursement models, and payer relationships • Experience with accreditation processes and specialty pharmacy regulatory requirements • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and operational analytics • English proficiency required • Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and organizational needs
