• Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of projects and activities related to business development opportunities for NavieGo Patient Programs • Onboard new programs and support expansion of existing programs • Work with BioScript business units and divisions to launch new partners and expand existing business • Lead business onboarding projects collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Lead partner and drug manufacturer meetings and manage day-to-day partner communications • Work with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to integrate processes and manage collaboration • Document project challenges, service needs, and competitive aspects • Provide industry and partner trend recommendations and the voice of the customer • Develop project charters defining governance, scope, objectives, stakeholders, feasibility, and strategic alignment • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, communication plans, meeting cadence, and resource allocation • Identify and manage project risks and define completion objectives and measures • Execute project activities according to schedule and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings • Report project status to leadership and keep key stakeholders informed • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures • Maintain project files and documentation • Review work quality and ensure regulatory, quality, ethics, and legal compliance • Monitor deliverables, scope, schedule, and budget; adjust plans as needed • Track and escalate project issues and risks • Evaluate outcomes, document lessons learned, implement process improvements, and transition projects to operations • Report patient safety information according to adverse event and product quality complaint requirements • Perform other duties as required
• Post-secondary education or equivalent • 4+ years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management, acquired through a combination of education and experience • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related fields is an important asset • PMP certification is an asset • Direct and relevant experience managing several competing projects for multiple partners and clients • Excellent relationship and client management experience • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate cross-functionally • Experience leading or working within a project management function and collaborating with diverse teams and portfolios • Change management experience, including establishing processes or new services • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment • Product implementation experience is an asset • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, database elements, and functionality • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and passion for teamwork • English proficiency required • Bilingualism in French and English required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
