📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing Client Success organization • Define the strategic vision and operating model for the partner journey • Bring first-principles thinking to how the function scales • Partner with Sales and Product on partner needs • Develop effective CS operations and AI tooling standards • Use platform telemetry and usage signals to surface adoption gaps • Own a comprehensive metrics framework spanning NRR and GRR • Deploy and govern AI-powered dashboards and churn prediction models • Build AI-assisted onboarding sequences and digital engagement programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and leading teams in Customer Success • Exceptional strategic and first-principles thinking • High emotional intelligence and sound business judgment • Polished communication and executive presence • Experience in a highly technical B2B SaaS environment • Strong analytical fluency • A demonstrated record of owning and improving NRR and GRR • Experience building AI-assisted CS motions and automated digital-touch programs • An MBA and prior management consulting experience preferred • Familiarity with AI governance, prompt engineering, or LLM-based tooling is a plus
