• Bloomerang combines the best tools, resources, and people to provide a world-class experience for tens of thousands of nonprofits. • As an Account Manager, you will own a quota-carrying role focused on expanding business within existing accounts. • The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual who possesses strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Relationship management experience and a disciplined approach is required. Adaptability, openness to learning, drive, and the ability to build strong relationships will be paramount in this role. • A passion for SaaS solutions and client success will lead to success as an Account Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales Skills: Drive outbound outreach to engage existing customers in expansion conversations, setting discovery meetings and leading provocative sales discussions • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying product benefits, building relationships, and responding to client inquiries. • Organization: Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn about new SaaS products, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and respond to evolving client needs is crucial. • Nice to Haves But Not Required • Nonprofit experience
