📋 Description

• Manage FP&A processes for the residential solar installation team • Supply management with financial information and analysis • Work closely with senior operations leadership to provide financial insights into installation center performance across the US • Develop P&L forecasts with operational leadership inputs • Partner with operational leaders to forecast revenue and performance • Identify savings opportunities by uncovering process gaps and areas for improvement • Collaborate with the residential installation finance team to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual plans • Analyze actual financial data to track and measure forecasting inputs • Gather actual financial data to provide operational insights • Advise senior management on policy and long-term goal development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience • Master's with 4+ years of related experience • Experience in the Renewable Energy Industry strongly preferred • Knowledge in Anaplan, SalesForce, Qliksense or Oracle • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in an ambiguous fast-paced environment
