📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects, including project kick-off, software configuration, go-live, and training while maintaining project timelines • Act as the main customer point of contact before go-live and own customer communications, including weekly Zoom check-ins, ad hoc meetings, and emails • Manage multiple implementation projects with varying priorities and deadlines for different customers • Partner consultatively with customers to ensure engagement and provide workflow and process best-practice guidance • Liaise between customers, wholesalers, and internal Clinical, Product, and Development teams to facilitate software configuration • Maintain current project plans, tickets, and documentation to keep project timelines on track and visible to leadership • Travel to customer sites to roll out KitCheck hardware and software, meet stakeholders, and represent Bluesight professionally • Schedule deployments, host kick-off and follow-up calls, and facilitate remote and in-person onsite end-user training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Preferred 1+ years of professional work experience • Preferred 1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experience • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred • Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independently • Team-player attitude and willingness to get things done • High attention to detail • Ability to build trusting, communicative and results-oriented relationships with customers • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excel and SQL skills a plus • Previous experience with EMRs/ADCs, such as EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, or Pyxis, a plus • Willingness and ability to travel within the US for up to 75%
