📋 Description

• Establish the data infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks for a growing multi-channel organization • Improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and reliability • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business strategy, client outcomes, media performance, creator partnerships, and operational efficiency • Identify trends, uncover opportunities, investigate performance gaps, and explain growth and profitability drivers • Strengthen measurement and attribution across paid media, creative, creator partnerships, affiliate distribution, and customer acquisition • Improve reporting frameworks for channel effectiveness, creative performance, CAC, ROAS, and other key business metrics • Identify reporting and analytics workflow gaps and develop scalable solutions that reduce manual work • Partner with engineering and technology teams on data pipelines, dashboards, automation, and integrations • Lead, mentor, and develop data analysts, analytics engineers, and related team members • Establish analytical standards, expectations, and accountability • Partner with media, creative, creator partnerships, finance, operations, and executive leadership • Advance forecasting, experimentation, performance optimization, and data-informed decision-making • Establish KPI definitions, reliable reporting, analytical rigor, and a data-driven operating culture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, performance analytics, or a related field, including leadership experience • Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function • Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms • Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and performance measurement processes • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, paid media measurement, attribution, customer acquisition, and e-commerce performance • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple platforms and business systems • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data quality management • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing analytics professionals • Strong business judgment and ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders • Experience in an agency, DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, or high-growth technology environment is valuable • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, or marketing measurement solutions is a plus
