📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple high-priority accounts • Work alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads • Write creative briefs for senior review • Draft and refine ad copy using AI workflows • Conduct competitor research and brand deep-dives, including review mining, Reddit research, and founder interviews • Study top-performing scripts and adapt them to specific brand voices • QA new creative against briefs and brand guidelines • Review raw footage and flag the best clips for editors • Keep projects moving and track deliverables • Coordinate across creative, strategy, and performance teams • Ensure operational details and deliverables do not fall through the cracks • Apply training, proprietary frameworks, courses, and SOPs to assigned work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role • Strong attention to quality and detail • Comfortable working with data and creative • Experience using AI tools in a workflow • Clear writing skills • Careful reading and proactive work style • Fluency in Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools • Strong written communication skills • Prior experience in a creative role, project management, or a marketing/creative agency is queried in the application
