📋 Description

• Build and lead the learning ecosystem of Advantage HQ. • Create world-class onboarding, role-based learning paths, and leadership development programs. • Design, launch, and continuously improve the Advantage HQ Academy. • Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of company-wide training initiatives. • Manage Learning Management System as the central hub for learning. • Build dashboards that measure learning impact across the organization. • Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted learning solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development experience. • Experience designing and scaling learning programs in fast-growing organizations. • Proven experience building leadership development and management training programs. • Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and curriculum development skills. • Experience building competency frameworks, career pathways, and structured learning programs. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning technologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Highly organized with exceptional project management and execution capabilities. • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change.
