📋 Description
• Managing delinquent mortgage and loan accounts • Coordinating with legal teams, real estate agents, and internal departments • Preparing and reviewing foreclosure documentation • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management • Monitoring and managing overdue mortgage or loan accounts • Addressing complex escalated customer requests and transactions • Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of federal, state/provincial and local laws pertaining to Consumer Collections • Knowledge of BMO products and services • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Microsoft Excel - In depth • Bilingual (English, French) - Good
