📋 Description

• Lead product discovery and development of Conversational AI experiences at BMO's Virtual Connect contact centre, such as Natural Language IVR • Partner with technology, analytics, design, risk and business leaders to deliver scalable, responsible, enterprise-grade conversational AI experiences • Serve as an advisor and partner between the business and technology to define and document technology requirements for BMO Virtual Connect • Provide subject matter expertise for BMO's conversational AI initiatives • Manage initiatives and support operational goals • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group • Assist in developing strategic plans • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making • Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives • Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and business implications • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Determine business priorities and sequence execution of business/group strategy • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues • Ensure stakeholder alignment and build effective relationships • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Provide input into operational program planning and implementation • Advise on implementation of technology solutions • Support production support, system enhancements, product upgrades and development • Support the IT transformation agenda and align business and technology needs • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Track metrics and milestones, recommend resolutions and escalate issues as appropriate • Network with industry contacts to gather competitive insights and best practices • Execute timely, accurate and efficient service • Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support • Identify, diagnose and solve problems within given rules • Apply BMO's Risk Management Framework, Risk Culture and approved Risk Appetite while protecting assets and complying with policies, laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in conversational AI gained through education and business experience • Conversational AI expertise and understanding of contact center operations • Familiarity with development and scaling of Conversational AI products or CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex or 3rd party Conversational AI tools would be an asset • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem solving skills • In-depth influence skills • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills • Available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
