📋 Description

• Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects • Advise customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that meet customer’s objectives • Fulfill sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures • Make outbound calls to customers and look proactively for opportunities to enhance customer experience by providing products • Stay abreast of consumer needs, industry trends and best practices, and the regulatory environment as it relates to the products • Provide professional quality sales and service for customer and prospect inquiries, issues and requests • Achieve sales targets with a focus on relevant investment products • Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, practices, and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course / IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative • High school diploma or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of competitive market place trends and product offerings • Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services • Some understanding of Risk Management & Compliance • Specialized knowledge
